One of the things that I wanted to explore this year was creating bigger artworks. The first week of October I participated in a group art show.. my first in a very long time. I exhibited 3 artworks in the "Blooming Floral" theme. Zentangle Inspired Art on watercolor paper. This is 18x18 inches in size and I have layered the pen work with watercolors, pencil colors, and white pen.

I had fun planning, creating and deciding on the colors. However the challenge was time. Now, I am super comfortable whipping out one, two sometimes even three regular Zentangle tiles a day but bigger works with such detail takes a ton of time. It was a learning for me to be patient and keep telling myself this will see the light of the day soon.
