To become more mindful, there are several key practices one can adopt. Firstly, it's important to listen without interrupting and to notice without reacting. This means being present and attentive, but not allowing your emotions to control your responses. Next, allow yourself to feel sensations without becoming too bothered by them. Third, taking slow, deep breaths rather than rushing through each inhale and exhale, is a crucial part of mindfulness as it's important to take your time and breathe deeply and intentionally. Forth, engage in productive thinking without becoming overly worried, and take action without rushing or hurrying.
